El Frente Revolucionario de Cantores Lloviznando Cantos nos regala este 13 de Abril su nuevo tema "13 de abril, Poder Popular".

"El dolor del pueblo se convierte en consigna, en bandera, en Poder Popular. Dedicado a los compatriotas que se organizan día a día con amor y esperanza".

El 13 de Abril quedó en la memoria colectiva del pueblo venezolano como el día del rescate de la democracia por la alianza cívico-militar.
